PRACTICAL ANSWERS

Choosing and ordering questions

What should I check before choosing a product?

Review the exact model, intended use, connections, power needs and software compatibility. Compare the included accessories and any additional requirements, then check the final order details rather than relying on the illustrative image alone.

How do I use the product comparison tool?

Add products using the comparison control when it is available, then open the comparison panel to review their listed attributes side by side. Compare exact models and contact the team when an important specification is missing from the product data.

Why are some comparison rows empty?

A comparison can only show the attributes recorded for each product. An empty field is not proof that a feature is absent; verify the exact model specification before making a purchase decision based on that field.

How are payment methods confirmed for an order?

Review the methods offered during checkout for the actual order and customer details. A payment option should not be assumed from a general enquiry; complete payment only through the store’s configured checkout or confirmed instructions.

Where do I confirm delivery and warranty details?

Review the applicable published policy, product details and order terms. Ask about your destination and exact model when information is unclear, and do not assume a delivery date, warranty period or installation service that has not been confirmed.

Can I request a quotation for a complete setup?

Use the solution-request form to describe the site, systems, approximate quantities and desired outcome. The submitted request is a starting point for defining scope; it is not a confirmed price or execution schedule by itself.
